Do My Beliefs Affect My Health?

Your identity; the name you call yourself is a vessel to absorb information. Much of the information you absorb into your identity isn’t in harmony with what you’d truly enjoy experiencing. It’s incredibly difficult for the vast majority of people to experience unlimited well being, or what I call your Natural State, when so many opposing or limiting beliefs are present inside of our bodies

Most of the information you absorb into your identity is done so without your awareness.

You are always in the process of receiving information, but when you are already running a handful of programs in your mind, a great deal of beliefs and judgments spoken by those who have influence in your life unconsciously saturate your identity. You are the all-to-willing accomplice of playing out those beliefs and judgments; speaking and doing things that are completely out of integrity with blissful physical and emotional well being.

Have you ever caught yourself playing that game?

The people and/or circumstances that affect you aren’t necessarily your parents, friends, or coworkers. Sometimes what you watch on television, in movies, or hear in passing at the grocery store have just as much power of persuasion as the words and actions that you witness in your own circle of influence.

Are you aware of the numerous belief programs silently running your life, specifically when it comes to your health and well being?

How much attention do you offer to the words you consciously speak or the actions you take?

There is an unlimited amount of stimuli penetrating your brain and seeping into your unconscious belief structures. Much of this information just becomes “noise” in your head, or a streaming audio of thoughts screaming in your mind. The holographic nature of the mind, your imagination, has the power of persuasion to convince you of just about anything. When you’re unaware of what beliefs are running your attention, it can feel mighty scary sometimes. The limited nature of linear thinking can very easily make you believe you’re trapped in the circumstances in your life. The irony is, what often makes you feel trapped are beliefs and judgments you adopted without so much as questioning their origins.

Your health and well being is a manifestation of the decisions you make. There’s no one to blame for the imbalances you experience. Your boss, your job or career, your parents, your spouse, your friends, etc. might have planted seeds for the beliefs you harbor, but they are not to blame. It is your own lack of deliberate attention upon internal sensation that has allowed their influence to affect you. The external reality you perceive can only have dominion over you if you aren’t deliberate about the internal sensations you animate your own unique experience with.

Like the old adage says: “The internal world creates the external experience.”

So when you find yourself looking for assistance to start feeling better, what you’re really doing is searching for someone to help you clear away limiting beliefs about your health and well being. The more you dissolve everything that inhibits your positive health, the easier it’ll feel to experience your Natural State of unlimited positive sensations.

My massage practice is centered on helping you become deliberate with your attention upon sensation. The more you purposely direct your attention, the more you are allowing everything not in harmony or resonance with your conscious mind to organically dissolve. You can eliminate beliefs you didn’t know exist, without ever once revealing what they are. That being said, your reality will continue to reflect the beliefs that are present inside of your body. As you are deliberate with your attention upon internal sensation, your reality will begin to reflect what you consciously imagine in the holographic movie theater of your mind.

Ask yourself right now, “am I conscious about the thoughts and words I’m offering?”

Take a deep breath and use it as an opportunity to generate sensation. Find that positive feeling place or sensation and give it a name (e.g. expansion, abundant energy, an effortless flow of well being, etc.) Can you keep your attention there?

Hey, it’s easy to feel pain in your body and offer your attention to it. It takes discipline and the genuine desire to reflect well being to maintain your attention upon the internal sensations of bliss in the midst of acute pain or discomfort. I’ll tell you though, if you can teach yourself how to remain deliberate with your attention, miraculous things will manifest in your reality, including a body that performs exactly how you want it to.

Come experience my Sensation Exercise and witness the reinvention of your body when all those limiting beliefs no longer receive your power of attention. Choose now to empty the vessel of your identity, leaving only what you want your body and your reality to reflect. You can do that by learning how your attention creates your multi-dimensional, interactive experience.

Does belief affect the body? Yes, and it is right now. The less deliberate you are about your attention upon internal sensations, the more affected you’ll feel by your external experience of reality. The less deliberate you are about your attention upon internal sensations, the more apt you are to unconsciously absorb and play out limiting belief patterns.

Whether beliefs are about your body or not, your physical health is still being directly affected. In other words, your beliefs about money, work, the government, marriage, the speed of check out at your grocery store all affect your physical body and emotional well being.

If you want to have the experience of yourself you truly want, you must allow for the empting of your identity. After all, you could be anyone. It’s your attention having been seduced by the external world that is responsible for creating who you think you are. However, if you’re experiencing imbalance, than I promise you that the disconnection between the internal world of your body and your external reality are not in harmony.

When you are ready to reconcile the conflict between the internal and external worlds, starting with your physical health and emotional well being, give me a ring.
