Couples Massage Lessons in Mt. Shasta, California
How important is it for your to feel good? Seriously! If you and your spouse could set aside 30 minutes per day to give/receive 15 minutes of Lymphatic moving, oxygenating, stimulating massage, would you?
Look, we spend the time and money to exercise, do yoga, eat well... why not make massage a regular part of your daily routine?
I have personally experienced in my own relationship the value of trading massages with my partner. The art of feeling honored exponentially increases the quality of day to day life. Isn't that something you'd readily invite into your lifestyle routine?
I've instructed numerous couples about the fundamentals of Swedish Massage, Sports Therapy, Myofascial Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release with amazing results. Truly, if you integrate regular massage into your relationship, your connection with one another will bloom. Even more, the amount of healing that will take place in your relationship can't be compared to any other form of therapy.
I will teach you what to do, and why. You'll take the tools you need to immediately increase the wellbeing you can both experience if you CHOOSE to follow through.
Receive my instruction at my office in Mt. Shasta.
Includes each of you receiving a massage by me while your partner watches and repeats the techniques. 2 hour minimum.
It is recommended to purchase your own massage table so you can get the most out of working on each other, while not compromising your own wellbeing.
